Initiate Your Request
Log into your Neptune account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
