Currently, Neptune ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders soon.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable.

To maintain the beauty of your wood pieces, dust regularly with a soft cloth and avoid direct sunlight or heat sources. We recommend using a high-quality furniture wax once every six months.
Can I request fabric samples before purchasing a sofa?
Yes, we offer complimentary swatch kits. You can order up to five fabric samples through our 'Request a Swatch' page to ensure the color and texture match your space perfectly.
